DUSTCON-A Waste Management System

WASTE MANAGEMENT  system is required inorder to manage and dispose the waste properly. Due to improper waste management system  causes 41 percent of air pollution takes place, which invites flyes and mosquitoes  which in turn causes many diseases such as malaria,dengue, food d poisoning etc.Almost in every home we use dustbin to dispose wastes.. Everything is getting smareter nowadays. Have you think about Smart dustbin? We have come up with smart dustbin named as DUSTACON to monitor the garbage.

Talking about the DUSTACON, it has weight sensor hx711 which is used to measure quantity of waste present in the dustbin.It uses NODEMCU as controller and a servo motor for opening and closing of dustbin and two ultra sonic sensor are used for level and  and obstacle measurement , the level is measured by sensor is send to dashboard using wifi present in nodemcu.

Lets see how DUSTACON works..The working of smart dustbin is quite simple.When a person comes infront of the dustbin , ultrasonic sensor senses the obstacles and send signal to nodemcu which drives the servo motor and the mouth of dustbin gets open.When a person leaves after disposing the waste the mouth of the dustbin gets closed.The second ultrasonic sensor measures the level of garbage inside the dustbin.This level  measured by sensor is send to dashboard using wifi present in the nodemc and real time monitoring is acheived.
  

The main advantages of this DUSTACON are the it contains a sensor that will check the level of waste in it and send it to dashboard using wifi.When it is used in government project , the level indicator on dashboard will help to transport team to reach to require dustbin which saves the the time and fuel cost.It  also encourages us for digital India and also for swach bharat abhiyan. Moreover, no more garbage will be left open on which flies and mosquitoes resides.It keeps surrounding clean and keep free from bad odour of waste.It gives you real time monitoring of waste.

For the next version of the DUSTACON , an alert notification will be send to the user  when the dustbin is fully occupied.So its our duty to make the enviornment  CLEAN AND NEAT  to make GREEN ENVIRONMENT  using proper waste management system .

Automation Sanitisation Cabin






The spread of  transferable diseases is due to when people come in contact with each other in such places like hospitals,railway stations,airports ,shopping malls etc.So in order to protect from these diseases sanitisation can be done before entering these places.So we come up with an Automation Sanitisation cabin where you can walk through this platform you get sanitised.

The idea behind this cabin is that when we enter this platform,overhead mist sprayers sprinkles diluted  sanitisation solution.The sanitisation solution is basically a sodium hypochlorite solution in 0.5-1% dilution will be spray for a duration of 5-10 seconds to sanitise the person. Upon contact with the surface,ppm sodium hypochlorite solution is known to be enough to kill the coronavirus or any other air borne devices. Then after this, person will move through UV light for 2-3 seconds which again helps to kill air borne viruses before coming out from the exit side of the cabin.

It is constructed by Aluminium rods and screws and covering material used for this is PVC sheet. Installation of this cabin requires nearly 4-5 persons.The tools that are required for installation are
plumping tools,Water tank separately for chemical use and pipelines.For it requires time approximately one and half hours.

The technology used is high pressure mist pump with sprinklers and button operated.The type of disinfected used is sanitisation spray which protects from infection causing viruses and bacteria. The dimension(l*b*h in feets) and weight of the  cabin are 7*7*7.5 feets and 50kg (approx) respectively.It contains 6-8 spray sprinklers with spray quantity(ml) of 3ltr/min.This is available in fairest price just for Rs22,000.

As we know every bank has the system called Fraud detection system .So let's take the example of Credit card fraud detection system.Now any transactions coming in it judged on the basis of rules that we have designed. For example , the last transaction of access your credit card is far away from the access which showing on the transaction right now.It become suspicious.Second the usual amount of the transactions that may be in the month is of 20000-30000 rs cash from your credit card.Suddenly you made a transactions 500 thousand .So that is the huge number that become suspicious transactions.

If you want to judge the transactions according to the rules one way of doing it through human work force.So this human workforce was actually been used in 10-15 years back when there was no automation system or no automation tool invented.So there were lots of people whose  sole purpose was to investigate lots of transactions and authorize the transactions based on the rules.But as and when automation came in now 95% transactions are automated and rest 5% transactions are anomaly. why they are anomaly?Anomaly transactions are those transactions basically cannot be judged by the automation system.

Now you cannot program your code to see your world.So there are some situation that the computer cannot judge so there is need of human intelligence .Will RPA replace the entire human work force?No. That is not entirely true.It  may reduce the work force that is already existing in the project and it will never be able to replace the human work force.In every department we need a human touch because the basic difference between machine and human is machine are good in following the thing's  that tell them but human are capable of thinking out of the box. They able to think new that machine cannot. There is always a vacancy for human to work inside of the part.

The RPA is relevant from company's perspective a that  it saves cost,more accurate in lesser time,easy to implement and learn.

RPA is a acronym  for  Robotic Process Automation. The most common unsupervise learning method  is clustering analysis  which is used for exploratory data analysis to find hidden pattern or grouping in data.
 

How MI works????

Data which we are giving will be labelled or unlabelled , they need to trained using algorithm to produce the model to get accuracy. When new input data is giving to the machine learning algorithm it makes predictions based on the model.If it attains the accuracy ,the algorithm that used is successful and can be used for future predictions and better decisions .If accuracy is not  acceptable then we need to apply different algorithm to the data set.
